Began at Fujitsu, leading the upstream phases of system development, then led a broad range of projects at Baycurrent Consulting — CX strategy, DX initiatives, talent development, PM/PMO — primarily in insurance. Served as an in-house expert running PMP and Agile training. At LASINVA, worked on generative-AI enablement and new business development, leading the company's internal training program and contributing to an AI task force that researched frontier technology and accumulated internal know-how. In 2025 turned a long-envisioned idea into a company — founding CareerChain Inc., building and operating an NFT-based career verification and peer-review platform for freelancers. Currently creating new value at the intersection of career × Web3.0 × AI.
