YUKI SAKAUE
Began his career at Fujitsu, working on the upstream phases of system development, before joining BayCurrent Consulting, where he led a broad range of projects—CX strategy, DX promotion, talent development, and PM/PMO—primarily across the insurance industry. As an in-house expert, he also delivered PMP certification prep and agile training.
He then moved to LASINVA, supporting generative-AI adoption and new-business development, leading the design of the company's own training programs, and—as a member of the AI enablement task force—researching emerging technologies and helping build the organization's internal knowledge base.
In 2025 he brought the new business he had envisioned to life, founding CareerChain Inc., which develops and operates an NFT-powered platform for career verification and peer evaluation built for freelancers.
By combining Careers × Web3.0 × AI, he is taking on the challenge of creating entirely new value.
