YUKI SAKAUE
- New business development
- Generative AI adoption
- CX strategy & DX
- PM/PMO
- Talent development
Began his career at Fujitsu, working on the upstream phases of system development, before joining BayCurrent Consulting, where he led a broad range of projects—CX strategy, DX promotion, talent development, and PM/PMO—primarily across the insurance industry. As an in-house expert, he also delivered PMP certification prep and agile training.
He then moved to LASINVA, supporting generative-AI adoption and new-business development, leading the design of the company's own training programs, and—as a member of the AI enablement task force—researching emerging technologies and helping build the organization's internal knowledge base.
In 2025 he brought the new business he had envisioned to life, founding CareerChain Inc., which develops and operates a tamper-proof career verification and peer evaluation platform built for freelancers.
By combining Careers × AI, he is taking on the challenge of creating entirely new value.

- Project management
- Working with freelancers
- Platform building
After graduating from Waseda University's School of Fundamental Science and Engineering, he worked as a consultant at ABeam Consulting and LASINVA, taking on a wide range of strategy, operations, and IT projects and rising to the rank of senior manager.
On consulting engagements he worked alongside many freelancers, and saw first-hand how much the right match shapes whether a project succeeds. That conviction led him to join CareerChain Inc., where he now works on building a platform that connects freelancers with companies and agents.
