Careers are still told through academic credentials, job titles, and self-reported claims. What someone has actually done, who they've worked with and how — the information that matters most circulates without ever being verified. We're out to change that structure with technology.
Record achievements in a verifiable form and make them visible. Raise each individual's value through knowledge transfer and education. Turning this two-part cycle into social infrastructure is what CareerChain is building.

How We Work
You can take part fully remotely. How you work is flexible — we shape it together around the role and the project.
You can join for just a few hours a week. Together we'll design a way of contributing that draws on the expertise from your main job.
Building on our own open-source framework, we practice AI-driven development across the board.
